Or maybe you consider a barren piece of toast with a cup of coffee breakfast? No matter what your answer is, you should know that your breakfast has to include at least some of the following foods:

1- Bananas are considered a super food by many. They give you the necessary energy boost you need in the morning, and they give you some very important nutrients such as potassium.

2- Although oatmeal is very healthy, it is not commonly eaten in many parts of the world. Oatmeal is full of fiber with promotes digestion and helps you lose weight. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and potassium.

5- Watermelons might be a strange choice for breakfast, but that doesn’t make them less great or suitable. They give you the hydration you need in the morning and their calorie content is so low that they burn more than the calories they give while being digested. As a bonus, they are full of nutrients that fight cancer and heart disease.

6- Strawberries are another food you should definitely have for breakfast. They are low in calories but so rich in nutrients and antioxidants that fight several diseases and detox your body.
