1- To kick-start weight loss. It is true what they say that losing weight when first starting a diet is fast. So, the way people think when starting a weight loss diet is, “how about I make the process even faster by taking diet pill”. Sometimes this way of thinking works, sometimes it doesn’t.

2- As a substitute to exercise. Obviously, nothing can be a good alternative to exercising when dieting. A good workout will boost your metabolism, improve your overall health and even give you a sense of accomplishment that will make losing weight more meaningful. However, exercising may not be an available option for many people. In this case, diet pills seem like a good enough alternative to diet pills.

3- Diet pills may suppress your appetite. I know for a fact that some of them do so. Controlling hunger and craving is the biggest problem that faces anyone when trying to lose weight. So, if you tell someone struggling with weight that a certain pill can end their constant suffering with hunger and end their constant thinking about the junk food they wish to devour, they will not hesitate to buy it.
