Banana pudding is something you can enjoy as an afternoon snack, you can present to your guests if they come suddenly or you can present the many nutritional s in banana and egg to your children is a way that they like. 100 grams softened butter and add one extra teaspoon to coat.
100 Grams brown sugar.
Two ripe bananas.
100 grams all purposes flour.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
One tablespoon baking powder.
2 teaspoons powder cinnamon.
Two tablespoons milk.
Powder sugar for presentation.
Add the butter in an oven one liter pan and leave for 30 seconds until all the butter is melted.
Take out the pan from the microwave and mash in the butter one and half bananas, add in the flower, egg, baking powder, brown sugar, salt and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
Slice the rest of the banana and add it to the top of the mixture.
Now cook in the microwave for 8 minutes or until the mixture is cooled throughout and raised.
Present warm and sprinkle the powder sugar on top.
