3- Apple, Spinach And Lime Smoothie.

A small peeled green apple, one peeled tangerine, half a cup spinach leaves, one tablespoon lime juice, quarter a teaspoon of ginger powder, half a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, one tablespoon of honey.
