1- Take Care Of Your Personal Hygiene.
When I mention Hygiene here I don’t mean regular showers, you may already be doing that, but down there for you is a very sensitive part of your body, thus it is inappropriate to wash there with regular soap, buy a suitable intimate wash with a neutral pH of 5.5 and use it at least once a day, also make sure to change your pads and tampons when you are on your period frequently.
2- Wear Cotton Underwear Only.
Women with sensitive vagina are recommended to wear cotton Underwear Only, cotton will irritate your skin much less than any other material, cotton Underwear can also protect you from getting dark inner thighs or dark and irritated skin down there. Also try to choose white cottons and only wear your silk or lacy underwear in special occasion only.
3- You Smell Like What You Eat.
If you want your whole body to smell great and attractive all the time, then make sure you are eating loads of tasty fruits like pinapple and cherries, stay away from smelly foods like fish, asparagus, onion, garlic, etc, although they are healthy but try to minimize your consumption of them if you really want to smell and taste great, you can also try to drink herbal teas with lovely smell like peppermint and make sure you are drinking alot of water.
