1. Get Your Natural Mouthwash Ready
The natural part about this tongue disinfection lies in making a DIY mouthwash. Here are some recipes to try:

• The All-in-one Mouthwash

If you’re looking for a mouthwash that has refreshing, antiseptic and antibiotic properties, just shake the following ingredients in a jar:

 15g myrrh gum powder (antiseptic)

 5 drops of clove essential oil

 150ml apple cider vinegar

 5 drops of cinnamon essential oil

 120ml water

 15ml vegetable glycerin

• The Bicarbonate Mouthwash

Here’s an easy mouthwash formula to defy bad breath and disinfect your mouth. Just dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda and three drops of peppermint essential oil with a cup of water. Save this in a jar and rinse your mouth with some of it after scrapping your tongue. Make sure that you spit all of the mouthwash after rinsing.

2. Prepare the following tools for oral cleansing

• A tongue scraper

• A toothbrush

• Mouthwash

• Tooth paste

3. Cleaning Procedure

Put some toothpaste the toothbrush and use it to brush your tongue going backwards from the tip of the tongue, and then rinse it.
