How To Fade Unattractive Stretch Marks With Home Remedies

Stretch lines are lines that happen as a result of sudden stretch in the skin and the are mainly found on the stomach, upper arms, thighs, buttom and breast. Pregnancy is usually the major cause for stretch marks, however other factors can also cause stretch marks like sudden weight gain, stress, genes and other physical conditions.

1- Castor Oil.

Castor oil is used to treat a number of skin problems including stretch marks, it is rich in vitamin E which is a very important vitamin for the well being of the skin, apply some warm castor oil to the affected area after having a warm sower everyday morning and evening until you notice the stretch marks are fading.

2- Aloe Vera.

Aloe Vera is a rich source of vitamin E as well, it also contain soothing and healing properties so it is perfect to fade stretch marks, you can apply Aloe Vera gel directly on the affected area twice a day and massage it for two to five minutes.

3 Lemon Juice And Orange Juice.

A mixture of both Lemon and orange juice can be perfect to fade stretch marks, they both are rich in vitamin C which helps to produce collagen that is needed for the skin elasticity, vitamin C also plays a key role in repairing damaged cells in the body, beside the acidic nature for Lemon and orange juice which works as a natural exfoliant that remove dead skin cells and stimulate the production of new cells.
Rub the undiluted juice on the affected area and massage it with the tips of your fingers for three minutes.

4- Cocoa Butter.

Cocoa butter is what is widely used to prevent and fade stretch marks, it is an excellent natural moisturizer that is very rich in vitamin E so it will help to nourish both the upper and second layer of skin.
