– A warm soak of your hands and feet is very beneficial. You can use warm water with a teaspoon of baking soda, a few drops of peppermint oil and a tablespoon of sweet almond oil. – Olive oil is very effective for treating cracks and avoiding their development. Massage your hands and feet with some olive oil.

Vitamin E is a very good treatment for sever cracks. Bring a couple of vitamin E capsules and rub it into the crack and it will treat the skin rapidly.
