5 Great Natural Dandruff Treatments All Made of Lemon

I used to think that hair problems worry women only (with the exception of balding). However, when my thirteen years old son came back from school one day looking like the weight of the world is on his shoulder because his friends told him he has dandruff, I realized that hair problems worry everyone. I found some great remedies for dandruff you can make of lemon, and I will share them with you in the following lines.

1- Lemon has antifungal properties which help in the treatment of dandruff. Use these properties to your benefit by adding the juice of one lemon to a gallon of water and use it to rinse your hair last.

2- Instead of your usual creams and oils which you use to moisturize after washing it, add some lemon juice to some natural oil (olive or coconut) and moisturize your hair and scalp with it instead.

3- Make a refreshing hair spray from lemon and water. Fill a spray bottle with water to which you add a few drops of lemon juice and rosewater. Use it to spray your hair and scalp from time to time.

4- You can make an excellent conditioning mask for your hair by combining half a cup of yogurt with the juice of half a lemon. Spread it on your hair and massage your scalp with it. It will make your hair soft and shiny and will rid your scalp of dandruff.

5- Soaking black teabags into water is one method to make an excellent cleansing wash for your hair, but you can enhance the effect of this wash even more by adding a tablespoon of lemon juice for every cup of this wash. Wash your hair with the mixture. Let it sit for half an hour then rinse it off with water.
