Some drinks for reducing buttocks fat

Boil all the ingredients for 5 minutes then drain it and drink it. You should drink from 4 – 6 cups everyday. It is preferable also to drink one cup of this recipe before eating by half an hour.

-Second recipe: Cinnamon and cumin.

*Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger – quarter teaspoon cinnamon – 1 cup of boiled water – 1 teaspoon of ground cumin.

*Methods: Do not boil the ingredients in the water – Just add them on the boiled water and leave for 10 minutes. Drink it before every meal by half an hour.

-Third recipe:

*Ingredients: a Bunch of parsley – celery – 2 pears – mint – 2 green apples – 4 lettuce leaves – 1 teaspoon of honeylemon – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon – 4 cups of hot water

Blend all the ingredients in the blender. Then, leave it to cool before drinking it.
-Fourth recipe:

*Ingredients: Equal amounts of chamomile, rosemary, sage and ginger, as well as half a cup of lemon juice.

Boil all these ingredients for 5 minutes and drink it hot daily 3 times on an empty stomach before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner at night.
