Fast food is very low in nutrients while being very rich in calories, fat and sugar, such a low-nutrients diet is linked with several health conditions such as obesity, anemia, heart diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.
3- Reaching For Sodas Instead Of Water.
When you are thirsty if the first thing that come to your mind is to reach for a can of soda to quench your thirst then you are harming your own health and body by your hands, that excess sugar in sodas cause cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and obesity. Even the diet sodas are not really that healthy as they are promoted to be, the best thing to do when you are thirsty is just reach for plain water to quench your thirst and hydrate your body.
4- Using Pain Killers In Excess.
Although they may help to ease common aches and pains, these painkillers come with several side effect that can affect the quality of life you are living including gastrointestinal distress, impair kidney, liver or heart function, and impair in the blood’s ability to clot.
