1- Drink a lot of water
Drink as much water as you can this is not only useful for enhancing your hair growth, but also for your skin and general health.
2- Eat healthy food
Choose foods containing vitamins A, B, C and E, especially vitamin B-complex. Besides, eat protein and foods that are rich in minerals like iron, copper, zinc, magnesium and sulfur. 3- Using some oils
Applying oils like virgin coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil and almond oil can also nourish the hair follicles accelerating the hair growth.
