Our bodies always warn us when we are in an unhealthy relationship or wrong job. Your body communicates with you through every bodily issue, trying to tell you something; the small challenges over a long period of time turn into disease.
To get in touch with your body in order to hear your inner guidance, you must stop criticizing or judging your body in any way. You must love your body and listen to it; the more care and attention you pay to your body, the more guidance it will provide and the healthier your body will become.
The reason we do not trust ourselves is that we are afraid of making mistakes, but you should realize you will not be able to trust yourself as long as you are afraid of making mistakes, so do not be. It is a vicious cycle that you need to overcome – our fear of making mistakes lead us to more mistakes because we do not trust ourselves.
It is hard to trust yourself, if you are worried about what others will say, whether family, friends or society as whole. You cannot get in touch with your inner guidance, if you care more about the opinions of others more than your own opinions.
If you want to be seen positively in others’ eyes or you alter your behavior to please them, then you cut yourself off from your intrinsic guidance. Let go of the need to please others so you can trust yourself.
Stop comparing yourself to anyone; you cannot be in full control of your life when you compare yourself to any person. Comparison keeps you stuck and traps you in the limitations of the collective. You must eradicate chronic worry so you can access your inner knowledge and trust that knowledge.
