-First of all you will need to limit or completely stop consuming sugar and salt, both sugar and salt contain high levels of sodium, which make the water retain in our bodies the thing that will eventually make you look fat, refined sugar is also high in calories which cause the body to store fats. Street or junk foods is another thing to be avoided as you are not sure how much sugar, salt or fat is contained.

– Try to completely avoid caffeine specially in the first two weeks of this regime.

– Include a lot of leafy green and fruits in your diet, try to at least have three servings of fruits and vegetables a day, fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber which will keep you full for long time, fruits and veggies also contain a lot of water to keep your body hydrated throughout the day,
Some fruits and vegetables are higher in calories than others so be careful when you make your choice, pomegranate, orange, apples and berries are rich in antioxidants which will help you lose weight more effectively.

– Avoid eating before going to bed, when you eat before going to bed when your body’s metabolic rate slows down, your body fails to burn those calories it is receiving from the food, so it stores it as fat and you will have to work harder to burn that fat.

– Drink a lot of water, drinking water is an essential part of losing weight from your face,you will need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, the chubby face can be a result of water retention, your body start retaining water when it receive minimal amounts of water, therefore provide all the needed water for your body in order to allow it to flush out the excess retained water.

3- Avoid Alcohol Completely.

If you want to lose weight from your face efficiently then you will need to avoid alcohol completely during your regime, alcohol is very high in calories, it contain a lot of empty calories and sugar which get stored as fat in the body, it also dehydrate your body causing it to retain more water, plus the fact that alcohol is a depressant which may lead to emotional eating.

4- Avoid Smoking.

Smoking makes the face age fast, which lead to more lines and thinning of the facial muscles, by avoiding smoking you will give your body a chance to renew the elasticity in your face which is very important for losing facial fat.
