Although you do a lot of effort to lose weight, sometimes it seems like these efforts are in vain. You can not lose any weight even if you exercise a lot and apply a healthy diet. But, it is possible that you do a lot of mistakes that ruin the effect of your diet.
– Depending only on exercise does not help much to lose your weight. If you eat much unhealthy food and you do a lot of exercise, you will not be able to lose weight.
– Maybe you don’t need to lose weight and therefore it doesn’t work. The reason is that when you have a little bit of fat in your body, it becomes so hard and it takes a long time to lose it.
– Some people eat much after they exercise. Therefore, they gain calories more that what they lose while exercising. They also think that they can burn the calories the next day. This is not true because losing calories is more difficult than gaining them.
– Sitting a lot while working is not good if you are trying to lose weight. You should stand up and stretch every hour. Sitting for a long time makes your body incapable of producing fat- inhibiting enzymes known as lipase. Therefore, your ability to burn calories will slow down.
– A big dish of food is another mistake that leads to gaining more weight. Instead, you should eat from small dishes.
– Some times you forget what you eat and you lose track of your habits. This makes you get more weight.
– You have to get rid of snacks in your cupboard if you are planning to lose weight. You may only buy something sweet as a reward at the end of the week.
– You should have patience if you want to lose weight. Make it a life style and wait for long- term results.
