birth as well as promoting your baby’s nervous system.

*Yoghurt:
It’s very rich in calcium needed for bone development of the baby. In addition, yoghurt helps to fortify your bones, muscles and nerves and that’s why it’s very important for you during pregnancy.

*Berries:
The same as nut, berries can be an excellent alternative for sugary snacks. They are rich with fiber, foliate, vitamin C and potassium. You can eat black berries, raspberries or blueberries which all are very useful for you and your baby.
