Heels pain is a very common problem among adults, the pain can be felt either in the back of the heel or near the arch of the foot, the problem can interfere with your ability to do daily activities. There re many contributors to heel pain including wearing poorly fitting shoes, injuries, pounding the feet suddenly on a hard surface, wearing flt shoes for long times and being over weight or pregnant.

The pain tens to worsen as soon as you wake up in the morning, in order to get a relief from heels pain try the following remedies they are natural and been reported to be very effective.
Doing a regular night foot care regime every night before you sleep will allow you to experience less or no pain the following day and can even protect you from experiencing different foot problems.

1- Warm Oil Massage.

If you want to relief the pain in your heels after a long day, nourish and soften your feet and also relax your whole body and boost your mood then do a warm oil massage for your feet every night before you sleep, just choose any oil of your choice, however coconut and lavender oil are the best, you can also add few drops of Peppermint essential oil and massage your feet and heels daily before going to bed, this exercise will help in improving circulation, reducing muscle stiffness, reduce pressure and relief pain.

Consider giving yourself a foot soak on warm water mixed with Epsom salt, the magnesium sulfate in the salt will relief pain as well as reducing swelling and inflammation while warm water promote relaxation and open the pores in preparation to the relaxing warm oil massage you can follow the soak with.

3- Take Fish Oil Supplements.

Sometimes heels pain are caused by Arthritis or joints inflammations, in this case taking daily supplements of fish oil orally will help so much refuse the pain and lubricate muscles.

4- Apple Cider Vinegar Soak.

Another effective treatment for painful heels is a soak in warm water mixed with apple cider vinegar, it contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which both work on reducing the pain, inflammation and even cleansing the skin and removing dead skin cells.
