6- Cut Down On Alcohol, Caffeine and Smoking.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol and Caffeine were proven to reduce fertility levels as well as increasing the chances of miscarriage when pregnancy occurs, stay safe and quit smoking completely as well as consuming alcohol and you can minimize you Caffeine intake to one or two cups of coffee only a day.
