3- Get Yourself Tested And Treated From STIs.

Having more than one miscarriage in a row can be an indicator for an underlaying health problem, STIs or sexual transmitted infections like Chlamydia and Listeria can increase the risk of another miscarriage, so before you try for another pregnancy make sure your body is clear from any STIs.

4- Maintain A Balanced Diet And Healthy BMI.

To make it easier for yourself to conceive again, make sure that you are eating a healthy diet that consists of fruits, vegetables, protein and grains. It is also important to lose any extra weight you gained during the previous pregnancy and maintain a healthy body mass index by not being underweight or over weight.

5- Take Parental Vitamins And Folic Acid.

Having a healthy diet that provide your body with the needed amounts of vitamins, minerals and fiber is essential to ensure a proper function of the body organs and systems including the reproductive system, however taking parental supplements and Folic acid is also important to recover from the previous miscarriage and prepare your body to host a new pregnancy.

6- Cut Down On Alcohol, Caffeine and Smoking.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol and Caffeine were proven to reduce fertility levels as well as increasing the chances of miscarriage when pregnancy occurs, stay safe and quit smoking completely as well as consuming alcohol and you can minimize you Caffeine intake to one or two cups of coffee only a day.

7- Avoid All Drugs Or Medications.

When you are trying to get pregnant try to avoid any type of medication or even herbal remedies unless your doctor prescribed it for a temporary time to treat infection or another health issue, even pain killers and over the counter medications should be used cautiously in limited circumstances.
If you are taking an antibiotic to treat an infection, make sure the course of antibiotic is finished and the infection is cleared before you try to get pregnant again because while some medications can be used safely during pregnancy, other medications can cause sever complications and even miscarriages.
If you are being treated from an ectopic pregnancy make sure to wait three to four months before you try again for pregnancy.
