– The Ingredients You Will Need.
One large head of cauliflower chopped roughly.
One cup of parmesan cheese.
Salt as needed.
Two beaten eggs.
– How To Prepare.
Preheat your oven to 370° F, get a round baking sheet and line with a parchment paper or spray with a nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Chop your cauliflower head into small florets after washing it properly, drying it and removing the green parts.
Put your cauliflower florets into your food processor and pulse for two minutes or until you have fine grains sandy in the texture.
Steam your cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tenderized and allow it to cool for fifteen minutes.
After your cauliflower has cooled and became easy to deal with, add it into a large cheesecloth and squeeze the water out.
Once your cauliflower is well drained, mix it thoroughly in a large bowl with the beaten eggs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Now spread the mixture with your hand and shape into pizza crust with your desired thickness.
