6- Blackstrap Molasses.
Blackstrap Molasses is rich with magnesium, iron, calcium and potasium which all are needed to prevent blood clots and ensure a healthy flow for the menstrual cycle, add one or two spoons of blackstrap molasses to a cup of warm milk and drink its twice a day or whenever you feel cramps.
7- Camomile Tea.
Camomile tea has anti-inflammatories and antispasmodic properties that help relaxing the uterine muscles, in addition to its general relaxing properties, the way to use camomile tea is by adding one teaspoon of camomile to a cup of boiling water and drinking not sweetened with honey.
