Fruits is one of the few sources of Sugar allowed for diabetics, however not all types of fruits are allowed, if you are diabetic, below is a list of the most recommended fruits for you that won’t cause a spike in your blood sugar levels.

1- Lemon.

Guavas is a good source of fibers and vitamin C, it aids in weight loss and gives a satisfaction feeling.

4- Kiwi.
Kiwi contain fiber and vitamin C, it also contain a proper level of Sugar so it is recommended to be eaten as a snack to cover the body needs of Sugar.
