1- Lasagna Rolls.
10 whole wheat Lasagna Rolls.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
24 ounces marinara sauce.
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese.
1 1/2 cup partly skim mozzarella cheese.
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
6 cups chopped spinach.
1 egg white.
1 teaspoon dried oregano.
Preheat oven to 425 then add 1 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce to a 13×9×12 casserole dish.
On a medium fire heat the oil in a skillet and toss in the crushed garlic, wait one minute untill it catch a slight blond color then toss the spinach, give the spinach a chance to cook for about three to four minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine together the spinach, garlic, one egg white, one cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper and oregano.
On a working surface, line up the Lasagna noodles flat, add 1/4 cup of the cheese and spinach to each Lasagna noodle and spread evenly.
Roll noodles and place them in the prepared casserole dish with seam side down and not slightly touching.
Spread the marine sauce on Lasagna Rolls evenly then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for twenty minutes or until the cheese is completely molten and bubbly.
