4 Egg separate the white and the yolk.
1 Extra egg white.
1/3 cup sugar.
1 cup mashed banana.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
2 tablespoons butter.
1 tablespoon lemon zest.
– How To Make?
To start preparing your delicious banana souffle, let the egg whites catch the room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Coat your souffle dish with oil spray or room temperature butter and put it aside for now.
Get a small saucepan and on a medium Heal start melting your butter, add the mashed banana, sugar and cornstarch to the butter and blend properly untill all ingredients are mixed well, bring the mixture to boil, keep on stiring constantly, cook untill the mixture is thick, switch off the fire and transfers the result to a bigger bowl and mix the lemon juice with the lemon zest in the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool a little bit, add a small amount of the banana mixture to the egg yolks, stir and then add all the egg yolks to the mixture and stir again.
In a large bowl, bring your egg whites and beat properly and constantly untill it forms stiff peaks, with a wooden spoon or spatula, mix the egg forth gradually into the banana mixture and slowly from the bottom to the top, keep on doing so untill all egg whites are mixed with banana mixture.
Transfers the mixture to the coated dish that was prepared earlier.
Bake in a preheated oven on 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or untill the top is golden and the middle is set.
Serve hot immediately after cooking and enjoy.
